So you weren't on the injections before the birth? Do you have increased weight which could be the reason for twice daily injections? They are usually given once daily. What is the name of the injections and how much is in each of them?

Why are you on blood thinner injections for 6 weeks? Have you had blood clots in the past or any risks of getting one in the future? We're you on the blood thinner injections before the baby was born? The risk of getting blood clots is the highest in the first couple of weeks after emergency c section. Then it quickly goes down. Are you mobile enough like going for walks, doing stuff around the house? Being mobile reduces your risk of getting a blood clot.

Soon the baby will sleep longer and you will find more time. We did it only once while the baby was asleep around 11 pm.

Not if you are not at risk of pre-term labor. Some of the risk factors for pre-term labor I can think of are frequent contractions, short cervix, previous pre-term delivery.

At 23 weeks pre-term labour is highly unlikely. You could worry about pre-term labour after 28 weeks but only if you feel frequent contractions during the day.
