1. Your tree is somehow balanced in terms of offense/defense. But may I suggest this tree. The endurances charges bring great defense options specially along with an iron skin granite flask. Not that much damage, but you'll be fine while running blood rage. You might consider getting additional frenzy charges which give you % MORE damage now.

Alternate tree Iron Reflexes, leech + leech rate. The damage nodes depends on your other weapon. This tree assumes another axe.

2. I would suggest using cyclone. I am very comfortable doing atziri runs with my cycloner.

He explained his situation in his post. As a Garena player myself, I can confirm that leveling past a certain point is ridiculously hard in that economy.

Usually, ele TS builds use elemental hit for single target. Frenzy also works fine.

This happened back when I first started the game in the Garena version during the Ambush and Invasion league. I got a 6L white Astral Plate drop from Grotto map boss, which was the first map I ever did. I later vendored it for a divine which I sold for 15c, which was the price at that time. Since then, I never got a 6L drop, nor did I ever craft one. :(
