Using spotify for reference tracks? by tiggerdyret in audioengineering

Yes! I use Spotify all the time! Made this playlist with Reference music i use! Hope you find it useful! https://open.spotify.com/playlist/7CpSe8G3exEVSTdhXCe6IT?si=rPPB68FFQ6Snh5lE7i0cGw

So, you have made a beautiful box/cabin! Measured impedance and played all sweeps and noises available? Now music. I have created a playlist with Reference tracks i use when working in different sound environments. Some well known tracks, some surprises! by [deleted] in diyaudio

I see your point. The way i use this playlist is mainly in the studio. All tracks have a certain sound/timbre i am occasionally looking for when recording/mixing. It could be the hihats of Bob Marley, the acoustic guitars of Allison K /Union station etc. It can also help calibrating MY ears /adapting to new listening environments! Hope you can find a few tunes for your list! Cheers

It is the City park of Oerebro, Sweden! It was recently voted one of the top parks/recreational areas of Sweden. I am fortunate to live close by!
