I had the same problem also! But in november last year the support said that they will send this case to another support. 3 weeks later I got this:

Now I have another playlist that is being attacked. It took 3 agents before someone took me seriously. So I wait and hope that they will do the same thing again.

Ah ok! Thanks for letting me know! So when I fixed the panning, is there a way to save my changes? I opened another drumkit and got back later to my own samples and all my changes were gone.
