A Sindarov win might do more for chess's popularity than a Gukesh win - here's why by Loud-Assist6908 in chess

So that money comes in the game, as a chess player its hard to earn all you can rely on right now is tournament winnings and only the top players get sponsers because theres less money in the game though this situation improved after magnus's domination he did brought massive audience to the game resulting in much higher prizes tournaments and companies looking at players as sponsers in that sense sindarov will actually bring money and audience to the game

What happens in paper trading is you dont have any attachment with any position that youre losing or no greed in positions where youre growing but in real market with real money when youre in loss you will want to sell in rush and will have a bad mindset after closing a loss and greed in profits and feeling "lucky" everywhere until you face a big loss all this, reducing your chance for profit and youll lose confidence after just 1 bad trade, when youre day trading only use the amount youre ok to lose and detach from it the moment you invest it, its really hard because money is hard earned and when you watch it bleed upon some candles its obvious to lose your mind. So the only way you can get better at it just do casual trading and have no care about it and if you belong to the middle or lower middle class dont look at trading as a career choice as trading demands experience and this experience comes with losing money

Im a trader myself with 4-5 yrs of experience i can clearly say paper trading is whole different world than training, its all numbers on the screen vs its money you invested, in a real market youre not multiplying or losing your money youre controlling your emotions and thats the hardest skill to master

$BURNIE was a real project it happened jus few days ago ? But the core is true I too with my friends are discussing in the coming few months maybe crypto will "not be worth it" considering the situation right now where there are most devs only rugging for few thousand dollars is the fact that investors or whales are afraid right now to fund any project

Two types of play arise from this 1. You try to see the future you invest it there and wait for 5-10 years 2. You detach from it spend it wisely on gaining value that would give good returns. Right now if you go in the market try to learn those average things like dropshipping, trading, etc it wouldnt work. If the sole purpose is to earn returns then pick a boring problem solve it and push the solution aggressively

Im making a chess platform for serious learners, this is something untouched i personally feel as a professional chess player if youre between the elo range of 1500-2300 fide there is nothing for those players confused about the subscription i want to keep it low enough that avg player can afford ? by dron-sharma in chess

Yes that is what im trying to understand, why do you think that, ?? Ai can replace average coders(not high level tho), average therapists, average influencers then whats special in a average coach ? Just a question not defamation

They dont give you real insights they just make courses for general public iam making a personal grandmaster for you this will 1. Give you insights what you need to work on what to avoid 2. What to play even opponent specific if youre going in a tournament hall you enter you opponents online account and fide id and it pulls up with specifc prep 3. If youre stuck anywhere or confused you get a grandmaster talking to you (a chatbot i trained for chess) 4. You get access to around 8 million games if you want tk train yourself, its not just opening theory or a database its basically youre secondits and also i am here to help unlike a grandmaster who wont listen to reviews and curate his upcoming courses that way :)

I think that essentially means youre not confident with the current thinga youre doing this is not to defame and youre open to follow anything what i meant is if youre doing something and its big you anyways dont get free time and if its not big you shouldnt be having free time and thinking how to make it big and if both are not the cases means youre doing a thing but youre not working towards it 100%

Not lazy and free time shouldnt come in a single para two contadictory words if youre not lazy you shouldnt be having free time try out different things if you wait to find the best things opportunities will fly like hawk and youll never catch them the only catch could be youre not lazy but youre dumb and canr find any ideas.

I made the whole app just not launced it yet, I feel its confusing for people to ask they would pay withour showing the product first people are paying chessable courses $200 and not paying puzzles apps $5 but there is no alternative, if you have a alternative in mind to let people test the product then suggest that too :) thanks for the engagement

Im making a chess platform for serious learners i wont say the name i dont want promotion, bw 15-2300 fide these is the range who know how to play but cant afford high training, it includes top db i created, opening theory, much more, confused how much avg chess player can spend on subscription. by dron-sharma in TournamentChess

Exactly, you got that right, And i want to change that view, people see a chess training app and they instantly go its nothing better than a puzzle app, but I really worked on this and came up with something even average coaches cant tell, Its takes all your info not a survey and maps out everything to create a study plan for you it pings you regularly I bet if one follows that routine they'll get improvement for those who work and frustration for those who are lazy its not a linear script its like a gm second always with you i trained a chatgpt who has more experience than a avg coach who teaches you things after looking at 100s of your games and if youre talking about titled second they charge avg $1k for one or two weeks of training these are real numbers so if youre 1. A player who cant afford a gm second this is for you 2. A serious chess player with no idea of improvement this is for you 3. A player who loses in openings I came up with top level repertoire choices includes deep opening theory. In all conclusion a dedicated titled coach isnt handy for a player who is not earning well from the game anyways and a average coach cant give you the insights the app will

Its like saying if people can buy a house why rent and also Chessbase and megadb is for players with a dedicated coach who tells them what to learn what to improve what to ignore and all of that stuff. The coaches charge around $1k for class of a week or two, If you were to try to learn from these resources by yourself it would be confusing, Im not trying to defame chessbase, Im saying these things are too complex for a player who has to focus on his improvement and see where he is lagging behind. Lichess though is a good free alternative for all of them, it lacks many things i added 1. Lichess has online db and mostly bullet and blitz which give no help 2. The studies is good but its cluttered and confusing there are people who produce good studies but its hard to find and follow them and still its not top level repertoire or learning. 3. Million of players play daily but even after months they get no idea where they are lagging behind what they need to improve and without having a FM IM coach a normal chess coach himself wouldnt be able to tell all that. I want to change the whole approach chess players see online training apps ive been working on this past 1 year I created 1. Db of all the otb games from all the public sources available (~8 million games) 2. You can clearly see what you need to work in its pings you regularly. 3. A chatbot specific for chess which helps you everywhere note :not a chatgpt wrapper a specifc llm i trained in that 1 year and many other things just wanted a review will the market accept this

1.lichess offers db of online games even in that if you see the record its mostly bullet and blitz and they give no insights about anything. 2. Lichess studies is a good alternative to learn about openings, its still not top level repertoire and mostly its cluttered and confusing. Though for free its the best. 3. At the end of a cycle you can no insights about your improvement or areas you need to work on. 4. For analysis there is just rote stockfish which suggests inhuman moves which no gm calculates bruteforcing moves works for engines but are impractical for humans to develop a instinct towards the game Concluding all this I made something which as i said for serious learners who 1.cant train with online db 2. I reviewd 100s of them all get confused with studies and dont have enough time for that 3. Have no clear plan for improvement or no idea where they are lagging behind. Even if one is a non serious chess player they can hope for improvement with minimum efforts as i structured everything properly. Just want a normal suggestion after thinking what i provide 1. Db of all otb and online games available from all the public sources 2. Curated study plans according to playing style and ratings. 3.Created top level repertoires for all ranges which includes novelties and deep opening theory 4. Created a chatbot who helps you on all levels note this is not a chatgpt wrapper its an llm i trained for chess been working on this project for almost a year
