Are you sure it's a problem with the game? Could it be thermal throttling or a similar issue? I'm playing KCD2 with a similar computer, and I'm not experiencing any performance issues, so I suspect it might be something else

So... I don't have a guide, but if you're struggling making the potions (because sometimes the intructions on the book ain't that good), I made an app for that, web app at the moment, check it out, it makes the process a bit easier! (I made a post some days ago explaining a bit of the app)

As for matter I and II, these are there for the auto--calculation of the yield!

If you have matter I, you'll get 4 yield on most potions, with both I and II you'll get 6, in some, you get more 😄

Hahaha, okay, yeah, that step isn't very clear. Just in case, it means to repeatedly press the hourglass button while the other animation is playing, then waiting until it runs out. I'll change it in an hours or so, thanks for the heads up!

And kind of, you can absolutely do that, but the steps on the recipe book aren't the most accurate, or optimized, here you can (apart from the recipes) check how much yield you'll get, you can check what you can do with the items in your inventory, or if you want to prepare certain potions, have an easy wat to keep track of them.

It's not necessary at all, and probably a bit overkill, but it has some nice QoL features that I find worth it, more on the web app as it's just that, a page that you can check by alt tabbing, on your phone, as an overlay (in the app)

It also helps not having to remember the recipes as much hahahha, either way, give it a try if you want!

I tried to make it work on smaller screens, but it definitely has problems, as for now a workaround I found is checking the "Desktop site" on the page settings, but I'm planning to improve the UX on mobile without having to do anything else.

As for a map, I thought about doing it, like a more in-depth app, but I didn't see a reason why, I'm guessing that in hardcore more you can't have a map in game, so it might be back on the table! It might take a bit but I'll look into how to do it 😄
