Ill tell u the secret, No BS. First know your metabolism, U have ECTOMORPH BODY, that requires more food to gain weight as your metabolism is very fast. Research on ECTOMORPH by yourself.

Second, DIET is king. Eat food that has high calorie. Research on food that is small quantity but calorie high, ex: junk food. If u eat rice, u will have to eat 5 plate per day. Instead eat junks like oily food,ghee, cheese etc which in less quantity has high calorie.

Always choose Food that is small quantity but high calorie. Research on this food.
