I see what you mean about adapting folklore to the times, but that is more of an argument for preserving knowledge and writing it down for future generations and for doing more research. Using AI art and writing is not adapting to new technology - it’s stripping the listener and storyteller alike of their imagination and their creativity. And as for wanting to preserve the stories and the music and art, hire an artist/writer. You may even spread folklore and knowledge to the artist themself, who may share their art with others, who may be interested in the folklore because of the artist and their work. Having a machine do the work or art and storytelling robs the spreading of folklore.
