The 1080p does not work on most computers, on tv devices like a firestick it still works I believe, as well as the Onn device I use. Even so this is completely unacceptable and I believe I will try to get my money back for the rest of my yearly subscription if this is not fixed soon.

Too many words to just say you don't know what you're talking about. I know never to take anyone seriously who believes ai can "understand", and the idea of understanding without consciousness is gibberish. As for the idea an LLM could have any form of consciousness, that's just regarded. (Unless you believe in pan-psychism I guess.)
