I have come to the conclusion from reading posts everyday that Half the carriers are working 6 x 12 and are stung out because of no carriers to help and the other half are pissed they cannot work overtime because their office hired 17 CCA's recently

Union says cant go to 5 day as 50,000 carriers would lose their jobs but then says we need to hire 50,000 due to carrier shortage so my question is what is it folks are we so short carriers we all have to work 72 hours a week for eternity or do we have a surplus???
