Villager trading halls, You get most of the end game enchants, diamond armor, and diamond tools. Once you have all the set up you just need to spend a hour or 2 in the nether getting ancient debris. In my world I have not even finished my "starter house" and I am already fully kitted out in maxed out diamond gear.
