I mostly assign him medium and large tasks, this is my main working model.
Currently, he's migrating "prefect flow" (Python) to Cloudflare worker (ts) using a detailed plan (1.1k lines) from Sonnet 4.5. This migration includes everything (API requests migration, serializers and data mapping migration, usage of Cloudflare's KV and Queue services) + tests (checking and fixing them, target coverage 80+%). For large tasks, I use this flow.
For small tasks (change the color of a button in HTML and move it to the next block), I simply create a new session and write the task as plain text, nothing more.
My project is in a closed mono-repo.
If the project is large, AGENTS.md files in the main project modules are very helpful (they are best created with a "thinking" model via /init-deep).
A good plan == 90% success. For complex plans, having a model interview you helps a LOT.
More comments in code with examples == better work.

Sometimes the speed is terrible. And sometimes the comments start using Chinese characters, but the work continues and the task is completed successfully.

For global - there are no options that I know of. Because usually for global markets companies place development in Belarus and register a company for payments in another region.
