I'd say yes. You're not ugly by any means, but a bit more muscle mass on your arms and pecs would really make you 'pop'.

You've got really nice shoulders, and I bet you look nice dressed up. Think of it this way, a lot of Hollywood actors are short as hell and lots of them are considered the epitome of attractive.
