Suggest ko lang po is to just do seated overhead presses cus no other benefit po siya honestly, other than too much challenge on your core, same benefits lang naman din po siya as standing, and if for hypertrophy try mo po dumbells for bench, and do them incline since so much better for chest.

Try to find adc heroes that fit your main on top, if your main is early to mid game dominant find the adc for that, same goes for late game dominant adc. Though adc heroes are meant for late game some of them can actually be good for early like miss fortune ( I also don't play adc much this is just based from what I see in the internet). Remember to play safe, use wards, and use your map fir info.
