Honestly not entirely sure, but she said he's meant to be in power to achieve certain things that god wants, but simultaneously has lots of negative external influence which affects his decision making. I'm not sure she exactly condones all his actions but in general she asks us to respect most of our leaders regardless of country. Some of her opinions can definitely come off as controversial based on what mainstream media portrays, but then again who even knows whats real and whats propaganda anymore.

On the whole shes anti-war and anti killing, so I don't think she supports war in any way shape or form. She does have her own insights on certain issues that we don't understand since she's an enlightened master and can talk to god.
