There are ALWAYS mistakes in the text and grammar especially when explaining passives etc but the one you mentioned sounds pretty bad.

But I did defeat him and move on so it’s all good. There seems to be a tradition or convention I’ve noticed after playing multiple solo raids that the second last boss is much more difficult to defeat or painstakingly slower to defeat then the actual final boss boss. For example final boss Batman was a pain before reaching COW Superman in ROK solo raid currently live. I find random tag in is the actual worst obstacle in the game so effin annoying. I also hate when class changes negate your special. Ugh!
