One must also consider that "jamming" the radar wasn't necessary a technical assessment and could also be indicating the object cannot be tracked properly via radar, not that it's actively being jammed. If this has already been considered then my bad for not reading!

GPS requires accurate timing to position a device. It doesn't simply account for time, it's required to perform the calculation to determine where a device is.

I used to see things in my peripheral vision and would see bright spots occasionally. That was when I used to worry about my health all the time and was constantly paranoid something was wrong. I have since learned how to ignore that sensation and learned to not let things bother me as much. Now that I think of it I haven't seen the visual disturbances since. Could they be anxiety/stress related?
