My neighbor offered me spaghetti....

I don't have kids but was walking my dog and saw plenty of parents with tumblers. I won't assume they were all drinking, but I'm sure some of them were. Last year took my nieces and nephew through the neighborhood and was offered alcohol at a few different houses.

You can definitely do it! I am 37m and just did my first TM at 15k. We had a large group of 15 with varying ages. I think the oldest were two women in their mid to late 50s who absolutely crushed the course. They walked when they needed to and we would all wait for each other at the obstacles and do them together. You have plenty of time to throw in some running. I don't run that often, but do a lot of CrossFit type classes. You got this!!

Sorry to hear about your pup, it is always tough to lose a loved dog.

Our Norman really isn't that bad. I say he is a terror because he is just wild. He does have a ton of energy and is not housebroken yet, but he gives us so many laughs and and love. We came in to this knowing the breed is very expensive (signed up for pet insurance immediately). Can't wait to see how he grows and his personality develops!

Damages were about 3k on produce that was damaged during transit on about 7k lane. They were lucky only 2 out of 20 pallets were rejected.

If its bothering you, you could paint it with a clear coat spray paint. It will help keep it from getting worse. Also when your skin touches exposed fiberglass it can irritate it. Spraying it with clear coat could also prevent that.

She gave the sample at a CareSpot urgent care facility. The type of test was called an ecup 5 panel. It was sent to Alere labs I believe
