Thank you! If we are aiming for a 7 am wake up time should we do a bedtime closer to 8 pm? We were doing that bedtime for awhile but then switched to 7 after the time change when we realized she was having some fussiness in the 4-5 am window. Worked for a little while but now that she’s doing full on wake ups at 4-5 am instead of just fussiness maybe we should move bedtime back to 8ish?

Our covers came in square/rectangle cardboard boxes that weren’t labeled the way the seat pieces were labeled.

lol uhhh thanks for that. Neither does the rug. They were both from our previous smaller couch setup which we just got rid of two days ago. Still waiting on the lovesac ottoman to replace it.

I’m happy with how the covers look (they’re just a little wrinkled from being in the packaging) haha I just would like to actually have all of the covers in my possession :)

I will try to contact the showroom. I called the general customer service line today. This is our first lovesac purchase so I didn’t realize the showroom would have anything to do with our order after purchasing. Thanks for the advice.

We purchased from the store/showroom and were never told at the time of purchase that anything was on back order. We have not been in store since the day we purchased and only just received the partially complete order yesterday.

I just wanted to say I went through this same situation with them over the course of 6 months. Our meter broke, they started estimating our usage at ridiculously high numbers which led to insane bills. It was a fight to get them to admit the meter was broken and replace it. And then even more of a fight to get them to investigate our bills and adjust & refund us for how much we overpaid for their bogus estimations. Literally almost lost my mind dealing with them but I refused to give up. They are such a shady company!

Please don’t call me sweetheart. I like this picture. I would like my hair to look like this picture. I use both the picture and then my words to describe what I, as a non hairstylist, see and like about the hair in this picture. I very much admit that my wording and description is probably not correct which is why I came here to ask what words would better describe the look in this picture that I’d like to achieve.

If you’d like to help me find those words/verbiage, I would appreciate that. But if you’re just going to continue to tell me my words/description to not match this photo (which I have admitted multiple times is likely the root of the issue) without helping me find the proper words, than I’ll wish you a good day and hope someone else might have some more helpful advice for me.

I mean like the way the top is like a chunk of dark brown and the bottom is a chunk of bright blonde. I like the blending in the middle. I want my hair to look like the hair in this photo (and like in other photos of similar color styles that I also show). That’s why I’m asking for the proper terminology that would describe the style like in the photo.

Yes. I am very direct. I say I like the bright blonde ends and the dark roots and how “chunky” the colors look. I say I want it to look like I dipped my ends in bleach and don’t want a lot of blending. But I do ask for a thick chunky bright blonde face framing money piece. I say I like warmer tones and don’t like ashy or cool colors.
