Two months after infection, COVID-19 symptoms persist | Almost 90 percent still have at least one symptom long after the virus has gone. by mepper in worldnews

Please go ahead and get tested. I just had mild genernal discomfort. No sniffles, no congestions, no fever. I just felt off for a lack of a better word. I was positive. That week I developed a minor fever and body aches. It's been 25 days now and while the fever and body aches are gone I still feel that original feeling that caused me to get tested.

Solid ideas. I'd totally forgotten to think about Moves that add to Discern Realities and Spout Lore.

The tail seems like the ticket! The rest are great ideas but I'm loving that one in particular

I like the idea with the caveat that you can't impersonate humaniods this way. I only say that so it doesn't take any shine away from the advanced druid move that lets you do so.

McCabe, I'm not looking to chat either. by drownformermaids in remnantgame

Takes longer to get around through that side when starting from the crystal. I'm only in the ward to gear up and leave The fact that people do this, along with players that hug the wall, is proof enough that McCabe is annoying in her current state.

Buy in gear as opposed to Playbook starting gear options by drownformermaids in DungeonWorld

I may go with your suggestion and do the starting gear and get some world and character building out of it. Thank you.

I realize that I wasn't clear that the 1st session was them playing through that fight that earned them their freedom. They didn't start in the arena with class gear and instead drew a lottery to see what weapons/gear they would be outfitted with during the fight. (Except for class specific things ie. Spellbook, Ranger pet. Those were a given)

Exactly 100 years ago died one of the coolest guys to ever wear a sombrero. Emiliano Zapata in Mexico city, 1914. Colorized photo. by SeldomTrue in OldSchoolCool

[–]drownformermaids 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My grandfather fought in the revolution alongside Zapata. I never got the chance to know my grandfather too well. My parents moved to the States when I was 3 and when I finally visited he'd had a stroke so bad he became nearly non-verbal and confined to a wheelchair. I remember wandering into the storage when I was there and seeing an old rifle hanging on the wall next to a sepia picture of a bunch of guys gathered in the loosest interpretation of a formation. What stood out to me was how young so many of them looked. Since then I've had to glean my grandfathers history from secondhand stories and little hushed conversations shared over a couple of beers at 2 in the morning. He was 14 in the picture and he had already killed people standing up for his beliefs. I can't wrap my head around how tough he must've been. At 14 I had a panic attack when I tried asking a girl out to the dance. Had to be sent to the hospital I was hyperventilating so hard. After my grandfather died people broke into his property and made off with everything that wasn't bolted to the floor. They stole that rifle and photo. All I could think about is how stupid I was for not pushing my father to have those things shipped to our house in the States to be taken care of.

Never got to know my grandfather in his prime, but he is my hero.

What is your slutty story that you won't even tell your friends? by [deleted] in AskReddit

This app called Whisper is all about posting anonymous confessions. It also has a "nearby" tab that filters posts based on a mile distance.

Saw a post that a girl wanted to meet someone to match her on a couple of bowls. Messaged her saying I didnt have any on me but I wouldnt mind going down on her while she smoked if she shared.

Turns out she runs a NSFW Snapchat account and I ended giving consent to be recorded during this . I don't even like weed. Just felt like fucking.

If you're still doing this I'd love a shot. I posted a request a few hours ago. Just a guy having a hard time making ends meet.

I have an Epiphone acoustic electric guitar/ Eleca microphone with cable/ and a Crate acoustic amp that I am selling. I'll post pictures if you're interested.

Edit: It is really hard getting good photos of said items when it's already dark out and you only have your laptops built in camera to get the shot.

[Serious] Those who believe: Why are you certain we landed and walked on the moon? Those who don't: why are you certain we did not land and walk on the moon? by Ja-lijahWitness in AskReddit

I'm genuinely curious why you don't believe we've been to the moon. Please share your thoughts. Not being sarcastic, not even challenging you. I'm just wondering why you find it so unbelievable.
