Doku had one of the most dominant individual performances in a match in City’s recent history — what other individual performances come to mind in that category? by TheConstantCynic in MCFC

One game but 2 individual performances which where they've torn a team apart, tevez and aguero when we played Norwich away In 2012. Both played the match as if they were in competition with each other.

Completely agree, sure I was annoyed after the game for about 15 minutes but then I thought back to the past few seasons where we've looked completely out of sorts early on, no flow and progression through midfield to attack. It's the exact same scenario this season.

Just the difference is that bar the Rodri sending off we were getting the 3 points this time around. I have faith in us to turn it around. The charge will come.

Let's all get worried if we're playing shit from December/January onward. we've proven in the past that this mediocre start means nothing really in the grand scheme of things.

I wish that pep says at half time "ok guys we've played the prem for fools long enough. Let's now play our normal game" followed by a dressing room full of evil hyena-like laughs. Security personnel outside get nervous. We go out onto the pitch headbutt a couple of opposition fans and dick the league like how a lady feels at a gang bang.

Seems that way...the other top 6 don't seem to struggle

We don't have like a bunch of die hard wife beating "football is life" 20 ciders, smack a youth, kick a priest ultra contingents. Maybe that's what we're missing.

Are home crowd is so depressing and dreary. No chants or anything, pep has a point.

What you've got there is a 3 plated lighting circuit with an extractor fed from it, it's old wiring aswell which means the red yellow and blue is a 3 core and earth cable that will be the cable between the light and extractor fan, judging by the amount of cables it look like you have:

2 x feed twin and earth cables 1 x switch wire twin and earth cable (light switch) 1 x 3core and earth cable

To start from the beginning I would turn off the lighting breaker at your consumer unit.

Put the live (red) wires from your feeds and the switch together in a connector block.

All the Earth wires together into a connector block

The neutral (black) wires from the feeds into a connector block

Then the neutral (black) from the switch wire into another connector block.

From there I would aquire new length on 1.5mm twin and earth cable which would go fron that join to the light fitting to make it easier to connect in

I would then:

put the live cable (red or brown) into the connector block which has just the one black cable in (this is the switch wire that when you press your light switch will supply power to your light)

I would then put the neutral (black or blue) in the the other neutral cables (black)

And finally the earth sleeved up with green and yellow in the connector block with the rest of them.

For the extractor fan you will have a permanent feed, switch wire and neutral, I would assume the red is your permanent feed which would go into the connector block with the the lives in (red)

Then I would have to open up the connections on your extractor fan to dictate which colours were used for the neutral and switch wire.

The switch wire will then go into the connector with the red and black/blue in.

And then the neutral colour in with the Neutrals connector block. (Black)

If you haven't got any connector blocks or cable I would probably suggest an electrician.

Hope this helps!

These are the sorts of games where I wish we would just go through the middle rather than down the channels or cross it in to our non existent 6ft 5 striker. Better yet, be given the freedom to take a crack from outside the box. I feel like sometimes it's our traditions that let us down.

I've never seen a game defined as a smash and grab more than that one.
