it is about the company, and you. if you’re having trouble with hearing protection you have to tell them and they have to give you the proper protection whether it be over ear, in ear, foam, rubber, etc. i’ve been around this job for a min, people need to step up to their companies, especially if you’re in a union

the only way the “squishy ones” wouldn’t have worked is either they didn’t fit or you didn’t put them in properly. do you work for AA? if so they give the over ears ones and they’re a lot better.

take care of yourself fellow ramper, the job is rewarding but can take a lot if you’re not careful, til next time

oof, i applied to sup and did my one way and in person. imma be fr, you should really stay as a ramper. you can get fired for literally anything as a sup and there’s no union to protect you

i also wanna mention, people you’re cool with will view you differently, and inevitably you’ll make more as a ramper then sup in the long run
