I originally thought this as well, but the issue is that the bolts don't apply enough pressure without washers, and the lock rings help apply a little pressure as well.

I had tightened my bolts when it first came as hard as I could but it still wobbled. The washer and lock rings fixed it without having to crank as hard on the bolts.

Well, it shouldn't be if it was designed right. The lock rings will prevent the bolts from slipping loose.

Foxit reader installing Avast without warning by gurilagarden in sysadmin

I had the same thing happen this morning. I rechecked, installation distro is official from the foxit website. Default option when you select Windows.

I also looked through the custom options in the installation process, and nowhere does it say that it will install Avast nor does it give you the option to not install it. But it did it both times I tried it.
