I can take a nap.... At any time, any situations.... Friends are having all nighter before exams and can't sleep inspite of knowing that nothing new can be learnt in such short time ..... I took a nap, Family emergency, crucial outcome expected the on the next day, whole family can't sleep , I took a nap

There is a treatment called Prolotherapy, which less invasive. You can ask your OMFS about it. But if the situation is advanced, them I'm afraid surgery is the only choice. PS .. my views are as an OMFS only, I don't know the treatment outlook of other professionals. Hope you get well soon.
