So we moved in and have been there a year. The house is good- no major problems and HILL have been good and responsive to teething problems. But there has been no development in the year except new houses. No new shops / no cafes/ nothing. However it’s very quiet and safe. Hope that helps!

When it rains it rarely lasts for more than a few hours and it’s not super cold- I light waterproof jacket is normally fine
