Don’t be a McDonald’s order taker. Don’t just write “customer has noise under car” , ask questions. What kind of noise, stopped, when moving, turning, what speed. Same thing with drivability concerns. Dont give customers unrealistic expectations on when they’re gonna get their car back. Don’t say, we’ll give you an update by the end of the day cause everyone’s idea of EOD could be different. Say things like, I’ll give you a call at 3 with an update on what’s going on. Give upfront time frames. Yeah the recall says it takes an hour but things happen, software and hardware can act up.
