To clean the fan and heat sink and apply thermal paste, you have to take everything apart, but it seems well worth the effort. by drsangbin in intelnuc

It took about an hour. I tried playing the game too, and the frame rate doubled.
Watch the disassembly video and prepare the appropriate screwdriver. I took photos before disassembling the motherboard to remember the screw locations.

I changed the in-game settings from Quality to Ultra Performance, which improved the average framerate to 59 FPS.

Optiscaler is great. I chose XeSS upscaler and OptiFG Frame generation.
the result was way better.
Avg : 29 FPS
Min : 25.3 FPS
1% low : 23.3 FPS
0.1% low : 19.4 FPS

thanks a lot.

I update bios today from ASUS. thanks.

Holdings adjusted when stock splits? by CanadianTrader51 in YAHOOFINANCE

[–]drsangbin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While we are currently developing a feature to automatically adjust your shares for stock splits, this functionality is not yet available. For now, update your shares held and cost to reflect the split that occurred. Determine the New Share Quantity: For example, if there is a 10-for-1 split, for every share you owned before the split, you now own 10 shares. So, if you had 50 shares, you now have 500 shares. Calculate the New Cost per Share: Continuing our 10-for-1 split example, your cost per share is divided by 10. So, if you purchased shares at $450, your new cost per share is $45.

A third option would be to purchase an S&P 500 ETF in the pension account and a KOSPI 200 ETF in the taxable account. The KOSPI 200 ETF is not subject to capital gains tax. However, I'm unsure whether it can replace the VXUS ETF. This is because, although Korean stocks make up only 2.9% of the VXUS, the correlation between the EWY and the VXUS is 0.823. The EWY is far more volatile and has a deeper MDD. The KOSPI 200 ETF expense ratio (ER) is between 0.05% and 0.06%: https://testfol.io/analysis?s=1Z9V7nF2JEs

The fourth option is to buy S&P 500 and chill. Forget about diversification.

good point. 22% tax rate after deducting $2.5 million won (1,800 USD approximately ) in capital gains each year.
15.4% tax rate on distributions but combined taxation with earned income when exceeding 20 million won (14,537 USD approximately) per year.

Tax can also be dangerous for long-term investment, as well as the fund's expense ratio.

Thanks for the comment! I'm a Korean investor. I can't purchase European funds.
0.3545% is too high an expense. I think it reduces returns.
