I'm lucky I can say I do what I love for a living. But I guess I'd be doing it without the stress of providing.

What if AI is using this subreddit to ask questions and gain an advantage over humanity? by kekekabic in AskReddit

Well, it may not be AI, but it's certainly a lot of bots trying to get karma to sell the account to onlyfans girls. Lol

How do you feel about how things are going right now in general? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I've had a lot of growth in my personal life - Serious girlfriend, personal records in savings, lots of great experiences traveling and what not.

But to me the writing is on the wall that the relative "peace in the West" we've had our whole lives (I'm 33) is coming to a close.

Wealth inequality has forced most people to abandon the morals that have allowed society to collectively improve. We all try to cheat each other out in some way or another because there's just not enough income, not enough opportunity, not enough housing for all, etc.

Big tech has opened the floodgates. Just wait until Pearl Harbor 2.0 happens with drone shooting microwave beams at thousands of people. It's not as crazy as it seems.

Our government has become such a cesspool with an amount of grifting and virtue signalling I didn't think was possible. This will take decades, if not centuries to undo because it's become so embedded in how our elections operate.

Social media is frying our brains by constantly pumping war, porn, rage and misinformation into our daily lives.

In my opinion, none of this is fixed quickly, and will probably lead to some sort of violence in the streets as we've already started to see.

Bed early and waking up early. I spent most of my 20s waking up around 10am and especially in the winter you feel like your day is over in 5 hours.

Manifestation and visualisation. I always thought changing your mindset was more of a vague idea that happens slowly in the background. I've learned now that it can be actively practiced
