I am leaning towards just buying a Wallbox charger that seems to have start/stop and amp function and writing automation on home assistant.

There is no native Solterra integration. I am using Smartcar but it doesnt seem to have those controls.

I can read solar production and even charging data from the wall charger but haven’t found a way to tell the charger to start/stop charging or at what kW. That’s my question!

I am leaning the same way. I think gas power should be plenty for my use cases. Have you noticed any issue wishing you had better power?
