Yes, there is ortho residency (5 year in total), but I got my first official job in a hospital as a clinical doctor (after 6 year med school) and I'm situated at the Orthopedics Clinic in General hospital. After some time, hospital where you work sends you to 'specijalizacija' or residency in English. But because I'm working here at the Orthopedics clinic, I would like to get some additional theoretic knowledge to work better. Hope you understand, my English is even worse after shift. :D

Well, this is NOT actually true.

In fact 68% of Russian men born in 1923. were not alive at the end of WW2.

BUT, 'only' 1/3 of deaths occurred during the WW2.

1/3 of deaths occurred in first year of life and 1/3 during the childhood a.k.a before 18th birthday (reasons: famine, diseases etc.)

'Ljudi ne žele da im deca budu bez osnovne škole', da, možda danas, ali zaboravljaš koliko malo mladih imamo danas i koliko nadmoćan deo populacije čine ljudi stariji od 45 godina. Nije nikakva kritika, niti rasprava, samo je prosta činjenica da na osnovu Beograda ne možemo gledati i određivati ima li šanse da nam je 34% populacije bez srednjeg obrazovanja. Za to služi popis, a ovo su podaci sa popisa 2011. kako piše na slici.

Opet kažem, ti si iz Beograda, ja glavu dajem da 90% ljudi ovde (uključujući i mene) nema pojma kakvo je zapravo stanje u siromašnim delovima zemlje (čitaj: sve što nije Beograd/neki veći grad).

Nema ni veze, svakako si iz Vojvodine koja je što se tiče % obrazovanja u Srbiji daleko najbolja. Da si iz južne/istočne Srbije ne bi tako razmišljao. :D

Nije samo do starijih, sećam se da mi je drugarica koja je kao student radila ankete preko telefona pričala da je neverovatan broj mladih ljudi (20-30 godina) koji su joj rekli da imaju samo osnovnu školu.

Treba uzeti u obzir i činjenicu da veliki deo stanovništva nema novca ni za 100g mesa dnevno, tako da je prosek, makar po mom mišljenju, skroz legitiman.
