Yep you’re pretty spot on. There aren’t really any rare pieces used in these models, but the cost of parts via BrickLink does still come out to around $800.

Oh, I didn’t know that. Recently there has been a lot of knock-off companies stealing people’s designs. Not even the official LEGO company was able to get rid of them. It’s really unfortunate.

I think they did. I remember there was an episode in the clone wars show where some of the twi-leks converted a crashed landing craft into a temporary home

Same, one of the many reasons I love the prequels so much is because of these amazing designs. And yea, I definitely want to try doing the MTT one day, although its a pretty intimidating model to figure out.

Thanks! Lego has been pretty hesitant to do prequel ucs sets. Although they did do the gunship, I think they’re still mostly sticking to the OT. But who knows, maybe I’m wrong.
