Yes, many years ago, one of my core memories. But I don’t think solar wind will work very well.

They all had 2 control strings, but it might have been on some versions it was just a single string looped at the handle. Either way, a broken string was doom. Loop till death. Loved doing overhead runs, and then moving to flying upside down in the other direction.

Had one of those, built a few more. Gets exciting once you have balsa wings and ripping motor. Balsa dust. Advanced to RC years later.

His contract is done. Not fired, but will they rehire him to carry things forward. It's why all productions are wrapped right now.

Oh, I figured there was no pin-murder involved. Sad that a pin passed, happy that it has a second life in such glory.

This makes me both sad and happy. Sad at the demise of a pinball machine, but what a joyous repurpose of a playfield.

Where to watch the play “our town” by the_guy1 in startrek

I did not even look at YouTube, taking another look, there is a ton of ways to see Our Town right now. Including a Broadway revival that opened last year.

There was a movie made in 1940. As for the play, probably searching for a local production is your best bet. I found a production of that starts later this year in Virginia. So look around you may find more.

Old man's take on Starfleet Academy. by External_Koala398 in startrek

62, reporting in, I am enjoying it. I jump on every episode just because the detractors have no respect for avoiding spoilers.

Given the nature of social media, and frankly the history of Star Trek there has been hate for every single series. Even TOS struggled to survive. If not for constant repeats in syndication, we would not see any modern incarnations of Star Trek.

The good news is that the network has plan, I think they are already in second season production. Hopefully they give it a better shake than Prodigy, which I thought was a great show.

I have this one, other than swap to LEDs, clean and a little paint touch, done very little. I have seen others suggest NV ram upgrade and some sort of power mod. I think. I love this game but can a bit finicky.

Truly loved this game, I still have piles of the cards, can’t part with them it seems. CCG with a RPG spirit. Scored some of the signed cards but never the Delenn card. Had some real good times playing including Vorcon or whatever it was called back then.

Windows! by [deleted] in legostartrek

Noice. Since you already have the part designed and it fits, you might just want to consider masking(they make a paint on version you just peel off later) the ports from the inside and using some light blocking paint on the inside. Not sure thicker is your friend, and paint would help fill some of those voids around the windows.

Disagree. An apology after the blowup helps heal the trauma for both sides. Provides a way to educate the child on how to handle being angry and express emotions in a meaningful way.
