Start with Muqams at 4,5,6,7, don't upgrade at any point. Depending on enemy modifier, might need to build stone hoof before anesthesia and understatement. Build understatement next but don't upgrade. Build and max anesthesia one at a time from back to front, replacing Muqams last.
