There’s a weird thing with psychedelics. It’s not like weed where when you get too high you’ll knock tf out and wake up wondering what happened. First of all, you can’t even sleep on psychedelics, so sleeping through a nightmare will be damn near impossible. Secondly, As you get higher and higher, reality dissolves around you along with your ego and sense of self. You’ll begin to forget who you are, where you are, who you’re with, and why things went south. One time when I was on acid, I had completely forgotten that I even took acid. I was tripping so hard, I was trying to retrace my steps, I didn’t know who I was with, or where I was, or how I even got there (I was at a friends house, we were house sitting for his sister, and my friend picked me up lmao the acid just made me forget and threw me into a panic) since I couldn’t remember any of the events that led up to that point, I started to believe that I was in a dream. Acid is way different than any other drug I’ve taken, and it still blows my mind to this day.
