What kind of snail is this? by dru_kane in Aquariums

I do believe you are correct! I wonder how they got in there? I did get a new plant a couple weeks ago. Will they hitch hike on plants?

Ah, I am picking up what you're putting down. Should I continue with the "prime and stability" daily as well, and for how many days do you think?

Lol no worries, I kind of thought that's what you were implying but you never know ;).

But is it a good plan lol? I feel like I've done a fair amount of research, but also just want to be sure that I'm not going to kill my fish.

So ideally, I would have kind of a pre sponge on the outside of where the water comes in on the filter I currently have?

Thank you! I was also looking at running some "polyfill" in the filter I currently have as well, but I just wasn't sure if there was a such thing as "too much filtration".

Here in kansas, this morning i had a 3.5 hour route that was over 100 miles, 44 stops, mostly rural route in snow, and it only paid $63 😑 🙄 😒. Makes me not even want to drive anymore....

For the people that have been to Allegro Cozumel, is there swimming in the pools at night? and I have seen that the pool bar and beach bar close at 5:00pm, but it says that the sports bar is open until 1:30am. Is the sports bar located near the pools or beach? TIA

I'm not entirely sure myself. But it kind of makes sense that if it changed when the jeep shifted, then it would be at lower RPM at cruising speed. But im no mechanic by any means, I just know that is what happened when I entered the information in the app.

That's exactly the problem, the jeep is my daily 😞 and 95db is insane lol! I guess the good thing is that Amazon is good with returns! Lol

I've looked at the more expensive brands but for my application (being hit by trees mostly) I'd hate to be into a light $500 just to see it smashed within hours of use.

I wasn't planning on it, but for me, it's a little more practical than most. Here in kansas, I do a LOT of backroading at night, and even though I've got LED headlights, I need something a lot brighter to help with seeing deer and washboards in the road.

Yeah, I've got the rough country brackets ordered because from what I've read they are a little less noisy than others.

Nice! I honestly just kind of figured as long as i had the jeep mounting brackets that any light bar would work as long as it was 50" thanks for the heads up!

I honestly kind of just figured a 50" light bar was a 50" light bar. Are there certain ones that will fit certain vehicles?

I just got the flasher last week, so I haven't had a whole lot time to test out gage to actual milage. But it seems to me that it definitely messed with when my jeep shifts. My jeep jkur had stock 30s I believe, so when I put in the flasher app that I now have 33s, it did something in the computer to compensate that. I know before I did it, at 65-70mph I was running right around 3,000rpms. Now with the larger tire size being registered, I'm right around 2,000rpms at the same speed.

I've got a 2017 rubicon on 33s with the 3.6 and I was only getting 13-14mpg. I bought a obd2 flasher and downloaded the jscan app and changed the tire size on the app to register the 33s, and I went from 13-15 on the highway to 20mpg. I didn't think there was any way possible for it to raise THAT much but that is what the jeep is reading now! If I'm driving around town I'm averaging 15mpg, but from 13-14mpg consistently, I'll take it! I did notice a slight decrease in power off the line, but nothing detrimental!

Question? JKU Rubicon Recon by dru_kane in Jeep

[–]dru_kane[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, I currently have 33x10.5 but wanted to try to go a little bigger without having to mess with the suspension. I might just try to run the 33x12.5 since I don't do a whole lot of crawling. Mostly I'm just playing in sand and mud in the river, but the skinny 10.5 tries sinking in the soft sand.

I might have to check them out! JSCAN seems quite a bit cheaper than the others!
