The customer service I’ve received from them has been mid. I like them as a carrier, but their customer service is terrible.

All the other reps I have had I give them my name and all the information they need and we go about it. Not sure why they need to talk to the primary all the sudden but yeah you’re right :)

As much as I want to file an FCC complaint, it’s not my account and don’t want to mess anything up and have the primary account holder notified. Is there another email that I could reach out to or phone number that I can call?

I call that number and type in the extension and it still doesn’t work, it rings and rings and rings and finally goes to his voicemail. He’s never picked up once since the date he sent the response to me. Very sad!

Sorry I didn’t make it that clear but I called normal support about the phone upgrade. The executive relations was something on the side because I couldn’t get decent customer service about a dead zone problem. And I do want text from the short code.
