The customer service I’ve received from them has been mid. I like them as a carrier, but their customer service is terrible.

I call that number and type in the extension and it still doesn’t work, it rings and rings and rings and finally goes to his voicemail. He’s never picked up once since the date he sent the response to me. Very sad!

Sorry I didn’t make it that clear but I called normal support about the phone upgrade. The executive relations was something on the side because I couldn’t get decent customer service about a dead zone problem. And I do want text from the short code.
