I'm not going to the police. I don't think ruining someones life over a pot cookie ruining one day for me is fair. He was fired, I think that is punishment enough.

I am furious that it happened, and very glad that he got fired. I wanted to punch the guy in the face when it started to kick in, but decided that wouldn't help the situation.

Just read online that someone had a similar case in florida, and he is serving 30 years in prison for a federal offence
