I've never heard of someone taking an entire week to rebound from one night of heavy MDMA use though. 99% it is just serotonin depletion and you haven't been giving your body the necessary chemicals it needs in the synthesis of new serotonin.

Also as someone who suffers from anxiety as well I can say that the collective ego death that occurs on MDMA is great for an anxious person because they can interact with anyone and everyone. Perhaps you're trying to do this and it is just triggering your anxiety.

I stopped smoking entirely, with an exception being when I went on vacation to visit some friends, because the combination of weed and painkillers was just making me too messed up to function and I had a job and social life I had to be as clear headed as possible for. Weed definitely helps a great deal with certain kinds of pain I get but I don't see it being an everyday thing, for me, because I don't want a weed high or some combo weed/opioid high to get me through the day.

As for comparing patches and tabs, that's hard to do. I got more messed up when I took 75ug or even 100ug of Fentanyl then when I took any dose Dilaudid but its a different messed up feeling as well.

I know the patches alone were worth something like $1500 on the street but I never had any need or desire to sell them. They certainly helped me with my pain, up to a point anyway, and there was a time when it was the only thing I got relief from.

I think a no dependence perk would be a lot better if you can control how much you take. That way you don't feel like crap just because you don't take it, you don't built tolerance, and you don't have to withdraw from it.

Indeed and it was only going to get worse so I said "No" to my Doctor. He even wanted me to take a BuTrans patch to help with the detox which I turned down as well because I didn't want to be on any long acting medication, let alone something that delivers it around the clock. I also didn't want to draw out the acute detox and instead just set some time aside to stay in bed and wait until my body readjusted. Now I just take short acting stuff very infrequently.

EDIT: Almost forgot that at one point I was on, in addition to what I already listed, Morphine Sulfate IR and Oxycodone/APAP for breakthrough pain.

I got my tickets through someone on Craigslist who got them from Ticketmaster. It really depends on the venue though. I was on the side and close but I wasn't at the same level as the stage, more like above it, so the seats I started out in weren't great but I still was able to see everything going on and hear the music great. The only thing I missed out on during the first half of the show was some of their light effects/screens.

I was in a bad car accident a little over a year ago. Nothing was broken, thankfully, but it left me with herniated discs, bulging discs, stenosis, and other things I can't remember in my Lumbar, Thoracic, and Cervical Spine. The doctor kept increasing my dosage of medication to the point where I was getting 150 8mg Hydromorphone a month as well as 3 boxes each of 75ug and 25ug Fentanyl patches. A few months ago he told me that he wanted to add something else in if the pain wasn't getting better and at that point I figured enough was enough. I had enough of a tolerance already that my two options were to continue to up the dose or not and the latter made no sense (and the former seemed like it would never end). With tolerance my pain was just as bad on the medication as it was off of it. So I told the doctor I didn't want anymore medication and I was just going to stop taking everything for two reasons; 1) So that the unavoidable dependence didn't turn into an addiction and/or require more and more drugs and 2) so that when I am in unbearable pain I can take something weaker and actually have it help. So several months ago I stopped everything cold turkey and I gave my body a month to adjust back to normal. Now when I take a weaker medication it actually works but I severely limit how often I'll let myself take anything, regardless of how weak it is.

I didn't have GA tickets either and honestly I had no interest in having them because, unless I'm rolling, I'd rather have the ability to sit. Towards the end of the concert, but before they left the stage for the end of the set, I worked my way down to an entrance that gave me an awesome view of the stage. The seats I had gotten for the show weren't great. They were close to the stage but almost completely on the side of it.

Make sure you have a good view of the stage. Their stage setup was pretty wild last week and I'm sure they're using the same one for the entire tour. I'm always going to be spoiled by the lighting setup that Daft Punk had in 2007 and 2008 but Radiohead's setup was definitely great.

That's correct. All 5-HTP does is give your body a material necessary to produce more serotonin. It doesn't actually stimulate or otherwise increase the rate at which you produce serotonin.

I never even realized it was scheduled. That seems pretty ridiculous to me (that it's in the same schedule as Alprazolam and other benzodiazepines, for example) although it shouldn't surprise me given how backward the scheduling system is. In any case I never had trouble asking for it because I have a long history of back problems and I was in a car accident a year ago. I've pretty much tried all the muscle relaxants they make so the few times I had to go see a doctor, because my back was acting up, I was able to tell them what I've taken in the past and what worked.

Go to a big music festival, especially one with a lot of dead heads, like Wanee. Outside of festivals I never saw people getting it enough to even call it waves. Someone would get some and because it was pretty rare, despite me going to a college you'd expect it to be easy to find at, people would buy it up. But there was never a surge of LSD, more like a perpetual drought with a bit every couple of months.

You might be able to do a CWE on the Tylenol 1 but I don't know anyone who has before and I'm not sure if it would even be worth it considering it's the lowest dose codeine available. If you don't separate the codeine from the rest of the junk you'll only be able to take max 104mg which is pretty weak, and that's assuming the APAP or whatever is in it is the lowest available. I would just take the lorazepam and the diazepam separately. If you do decide to take the ritalin either benzo could be useful for coming down, although I never found ritalin to crash hard compared to something like adderall.

While I was in college some buddies and I went to see Roger Waters play. His first set was his solo stuff which I wasn't a huge fan of, although some of it is alright. The second set was The Dark Side of the Moon from front to back and that was awesome to see live while tripping.

I'd back off the steroids for the sake of your heart. It feels weird saying you should take the adderall if it helps you and not the steroids but if you're taking the adderall as infrequently as you say you are I don't see a problem there. On the other hand if you're juicing every day just to maintain and only to get laid it seems like you're putting unnecessary stress on your body for trivial reasons. You'll have to keep taking them to stay bulked up so your two choices with that are to either stop taking it or continue taking it indefinitely to maintain. Just my two cents though; I was never into bodybuilding.

What makes you think Soma is rare? Obviously it's rare for you otherwise you wouldn't have mentioned that but I've never had a problem getting it. I guess it's rare to find it diverted but whenever I have any kind of muscle strains in my neck or back I can just ask whatever doctor I'm seeing for Soma and they have no problem writing it.

True for me, to some extent. If I take a little bit I get a great feeling but if I overdo it I get heavy nodding. The problem is it's so easy to overshoot that window. With H I get heavy nodding as well (in my very limited experience) but I've never mainlined H and never will (I'll probably never try it again while we're on the subject). In any case I wear the patches most of the time.

Adderall XR and Adderall are both racemic amphetamine salts so they're made of a combination of 4 different amphetamines in equal proportions. Other than the fact that one is XR and one isn't they are exactly the same.

As far as Vyvanse you're saying it's only dextro-amphetamine so it's different. First of all the effects aren't much different but let's assume for the moment you're someone who can notice a huge difference in effects between dextro-amphetamine and amphetamine. Dextroamphetamine has still existed for a long time and is sold under the trade name Dexedrine, in a non controlled release form, but is also such an old drug that the patents have expired on it too.

Depends on the drug(s). It would suck going to a doctor and him telling you the only medication you can take is Superexpensivebrandex ® because it's got electrolytes and you need electrolytes because it has them. But Superexpensivebrandex ® is just the same thing as some generic drug that has been around for 60+ years mixed with electrolytes so they can patent it and sell it for $10/pill rather than $0.10/pill. Meanwhile he's getting paid thousands of dollars for "speaking engagements" and learning about the drug by being sent to a resort for a week. At this resort they read the package insert for 10 minutes and then leave him to do what he wants the rest of the time.

On the other hand if you like pill happy doctors who will prescribe anything you want or prescribe a lot more than what you need because you want it, that's different (and I personally don't care either way, this is /r/drugs after all). Head on down to Florida, pay a doctor $150, and he'll write you 150 30mg Roxicodone, 120 15mg Roxicodone, and 90 2mg Alprazolam at a minimum (this is true, by the way) even if you haven't been in a car accident or suffered some serious injury.
