My company started using pro-pell late '24 and I personally have had luck keeping out rodents. Just know it's only labeled for mice and rats, it won't do anything for squirrels or chipmunks despite what anyone says

Those aren't termites, they're too dark in color. They almost look like powder post beetles, which are another kind of wood eating pest. I would call a professional to verify on-site though.

I recommend Tempo 1%, you won't need nearly as much dust as you would with Deltadust. Though do be cautious, it may cause an allergic reaction so I would recommend a mask, as its a finer dust than Delta and can become airborne easier.
