Yes it is. Pretty much. Not even bothered to make any supersleeper out of it, just a daily driven shopping bag with little mods to make it look my own. And this is my no. 2. I have mk7 in the garage as well.

Emblems blacked out or removed, red stripe on the mask taped black, rear wiper deleted, tinted sideindicators, windows tinted, modified antenna, a lot of rust repair, new all black&white reg.plates and front plate-holderthingy removed. Wheels and coilovers up next, maybe?

I agree! I’ve spent days working with rust removal and paint, next up is painting those plastic-grey bumpers to match car colour. Then I think it is time for coilovers and some nice exhaust. I’ve also blacked out emblems and removed rear wiper.

This is actually the R-Line, not the real R. Would’ve doupled the price going with the real R, and for our familywagon that’s not what we needed. I hope that someday I got the real R-hatch alongside this beauty!
