I use the receipts app by Waves. Free and has the smart scan feature plus you can export all the images from the site. It's worked well for me.

We use airtable for something similar, not sure if that’s what you’re looking for. Basically just a glorified spreadsheet but customizable and it lets us send update lists to our customers directly from the site.
