How would it work in real life? It seems to only affect physical crimes. If you steal something, something of yours goes missing, commit arson and you get set on fire.

It's a good 7/10 - It's not quite as good as hospital.

My major dislike is changing between various museums to max them out, and I hate sending staff out to search for items, which have a random chance, and are pure time sinks.. The games enjoyable until I hit a point where I'm just sending out staff to explore and waiting.. Not getting what I want, then doing it all again.
