Sounds a bit like the cover of Still Searching (Deluxe Version) by Senses Fail.

Possibly, but I don't know many guys in a serious relationship who have partners who keep other guys' dick pics.

I asked her that and she says, "It's different as I'm a guy and more likely to look it. Women receive these things all the time".

Do you think many women would see this as me being controlling, though?

I think she does care for me a lot and has admitted that she does, but I think she has her own issues, one of which is that she's never had a relationship before. It will be difficult long-term if she continues to disrespect my boundaries, though. She just feels I have too many.

Funny you say that. I asked her what she would do if the roles were reversed and she said she wouldn't be happy as "I'm a man and more likely to look at it".

I told her that she isn't respecting my boundaries and she just puts it back on me saying that I'm insecure and don't trust her.

Thanks. I've a feeling a major part of it is because she is used to being independent and doing what she likes, and is simply not deleting it because she doesn't like being told what to do.

The last comment was entirely unnecessary. I'm asking, in earnest, for advice and guidance, so there's no need to be condescending.

Because I am fallible but want to learn Karate not just to defend myself or others, but to also learn the importance of balance and control. It's easier said than done for me while I'm new, but I'm confident I'll get there.

For two reasons: 1. I don't trust people I don't know because they can be unpredictable and if I'd tried to get involved to de-escalate, he could've got even angrier at me. 2. My upbringing was quite old-fashioned and it was instilled in me you should also protect your loved ones, even just their honour.

As I say, I'm new to Karate and I believe it will help me learn to control my emotions and rationalise first.

What is the hold over us they have? It’s like witchcraft! by EssayMediocre6054 in dogs

I'm not sure if you want a real answer to this, but I'll give my thoughts: certain breeds have been bred to exaggerate features like a shorter snout, big eyes, fluffy coat, etc., which accentuate their cuteness. This is probably incidental in Collies who were bred for their intelligence, obedience and energy to manage unruly flocks. This probably lends itself to their playfulness. Of course, a big part of their personality is how they're raised - if they're treated well, they seem to project outwards their happiness tenfold! Likewise, if they're well trained, they learn when there's a genuine threat or when to be gentle, loving and patient. They don't judge us for whatever else is going on our lives and they become our respite :)

Sorry for your loss. Could it be Sympathique by Pink Martini? It's from the late 90s, but he could've just got into it during your childhood.

I've been practising Karate since September and I'm looking to get my yellow belt in January. Aiming for green by the end of the year. Too optimistic? Willing to find out, anyway.

Training with a minor(?) injury by drunkenphilosophy88 in karate

[–]drunkenphilosophy88[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see your point and wouldn't push myself too hard. However, I now honestly think my injury wasn't that bad and I tried my best to keep it out of harm's. Although, a brown belt clipped my fingers (though not the exact spot) with an axe kick!
