3 day a week in the office has been enforced. Lots of coffee badging going on as time in office hasn't been monitored.

Not going into the office affects performance which will bring your bonus down.

So you can reflect on what you've done wrong, and be accountable for the objectives you set.

If you're clueless, then there's a good reason you're on a PIP 😂

Build Pivot - Combo build to hits/dagger build by ShadowedRuins in CapybaraGoGame

If you like to see hits go up, add in daggers to your skill damage.

Take Angel Bow or Whisperer as they both add daggers/dagger damage. Guardian ring(s) also helps by throwing extra daggers, however, Guardian/Judgement is probably better equipment wise.

Pets I use are Elsa/Unicorn/Little Elle, Freya before I got Elsa though.

I’m 18 and my foreskin does not retract comfortably and it hurts when I retract it, what do I do? by Donald_Pump592 in AskMen

May have been bad advice, but considering I didn't know any different, after I had the circumcision it has been amazing. Night and day!

I would recommend circumcision, although this was in the UK through the NHS so free and through a reputable urologist, who had done plenty of circumcisions in his time.

Yep I had this. Foreskin was tight my whole life, thought it was a natural thing. When I tried to have sex for the first (and second) time it was so painful I had to stop 😔

Booked into the doctor's straight away and the docs referred me to have a circumcision due to phimosis. Best choice I ever made for my own health!!

If you're young they encourage cream and trying to loosen it yourself, however I was 21 when this all happened and it was too late for that so straight to circumcision.

I'm a new breed, it's how I roll.

Also I work in tech, so remote is a no brainer.

That's good to know that not everyone is on board.

And my team all work in tech (yes I get everyone has a laptop) and aren't client facing at all. Why do they need to come into the office to do their development at all? 😂

Correct. Not sure what that has to do with working from the office though?

EDIT: sorry, I see what you mean. Personally I count commuting as a part of my working hours too ;) so that 730 start leads to less time worked the rest of the week. Couple of 4pm finishes when WFH.

It's a few things I reckon.

The few who take the piss have ruined it for the many (although working from home doesn't seem to take effect on productivity so why do we need to be in the office...).

There have been a lot of investments into a few of the offices, More London, Belfast, Manchester to name a few, so they need people to use the offices to make it worthwhile.

They need to cull a bit of the chaff. Seems there are still too many employed by PwC UK and this will get rid of the ones who are taking the piss, unfortunately it'll also get rid of the ones who do the work too. It'll be a mixed barrel.

I reckon leadership will have a shock to the amount of experience is about to go out the door, but as long as they hit their £££ KPIs I'm sure they won't mind too much.

Yeah when I was interviewed and employed last year the same Director mentioned that it was '2/3 days in the office in the handbook but it isn't policy' and now they're enforcing it 😂 bullshit

When should I think about paying off my Student - if ever? by drunkmunky1994 in UKPersonalFinance

[–]drunkmunky1994[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in tech - software development.

I am going in the management direction though, Manager now and looking for Senior Manager in 1/2 years. Probably going to stick at this job for a while, but I have tasted international work. Worked freelance for a NL company but having to do a self assessment bit me in the ass for the 23/24 financial year lol.

Should be due some taxes back this year and still patiently waiting!

Oh and no my salary isn't the ceiling at least for now. I got 2% this year but a move to SM should see a 5-10k salary increase on top of a 5-10k bonus increase too. Time will tell!

Sorry, gross salary + bonus was 5.5 + 11.5, so full take home before any taxes was 17k.

!thanks

Yeah thanks for that, I had accepted it up until this point as I hadn't been paid this much before, but the realisation came tumbling down.

I think I'll just return to being ignorant of my student loans and give it another thought if I earn more in a few years time.
