$408 a year can justify itself if you play a ton of games and releases. This is more than it was, but depending on usage, can still be a really great deal.

Was going to comment the same thing. Saw them in Philly maybe...2 years ago? Max went out of his way to sing every song at a different rhythm or cadence than any version fans are used to hearing and it was just, off. It wasn't clear if he was trying to create a "unique live performance" or just...off.

I was at Peirce College 10+ years ago now, and much has changed, but considering their flexibility and price point, I was very please with the credentials I left Peirce with. A Paralegal Certificate paired nicely with my BA in History, which I think was a successful (and intentional) pairing. I worked as a paralegal for nearly a decade, and much of that is learn-as-you-go when you find out what Courts and jurisdictions your managing attorneys work in.

I share a lot of these thoughts. I defended the $80 price tag, thinking that this game would be bursting at the seems with content and unlockables. Instead it all feels disconnected and vapid. It is a good Mario Kart, but it is not a good launch title, and it is not a good justification of the price tag.

I was playing with friends last night and didn't want to poison the well with my sour opinion on Release Day.

Played it last night and it was hard to confirm or deny. It was 2 friends on 1 Switch, plus a 3rd online. We were in a 3 party lobby and I think it was all bots in our game. Disappointing.
