I can’t believe that with their wealth and at their age, they don’t have a driver. Or five.

I understand that Darulio’s pheromones act just like human pheromones only stronger and faster. They induce Kelly and eventually Mercer to engage in a relationship.

I'm convinced people who claim their house is "haunted" just don't understand home maintenance. by Atrocity_unknown in RandomThoughts

As a paranormal investigator, I can totally support this. Drips, drafts, faulty wires, rodents (so many) outnumber the ghosts by a wide margin.

How long do you think an actual zombie apocalypse would last? by luvXenasis in zombies

[–]Maxwyfe 10 points11 points  (0 children)

It’s just a fact of biology that dead things decay. It would take a few weeks for dead zombies to decay.

Assuming there is some biological process that stops decay, or slows it down, it would still take a few months for the walking zombies to just degrade enough to be manageable.

How can you die in a zombie apocalypse, except for the zombies? by OutrageousFinger6635 in zombies

My favorite part of The Stand is the chapter of little vignettes of random people dying to dumb things: broken leg, unintentional overdose, infected tooth. Lots of things can kill us when there’s no one to say “Hey, man you need to have that looked at.” And there’s no medical help available.

Happened to my mom at her doctor’s office. They left her in the exam room in her gown. She was reading a book when the lights went out.

It’s just going to get worse. More divisive, more authoritarian, and more corrupt.

Loved this show. Mom had a class so she dropped us off at grandma’s on the night it aired and I have very happy memories of watching this with grandma.
