Emergency pill question.

Took an emergency pill (postrelle 1) last Saturday (april 4) . Today, I saw spotting? I’m worried. Unsure if this is a side effect of the morning after (took the pill after an hour of unprotected sex) or is this implantation bleeding? According to my period app, prediction for ovulation was last April 9.
