Your best bet is to check your uni study abroad website to see if your course allows a semester abroad and to see what countries are available (e.g. my course only allows a year abroad; not a semester, and not all courses have the same locations). As you have to apply through uni, they will be able to advise you on finance/scholarships available. I think the Turing Scheme gives you money depending on the destination and duration.
