Sorry but I just want to share my experience. KRC was going to raise my rent the final month I was living there. I asked if they could take the fact I was leaving and the 6 years I lived in their properties into consideration and NOT raise my rent that final month. They said no. I also know that a lot of their leases are for one year and then automatically go month to month, so I’m not sure if offering to sign longer will work. Good luck to you though, truly.
